You should also make sure that you are eating healthily well before your teeth cleaning at the dentist. Eating lots of green leafy vegetables, fruits and grains increases your fiber intake, which means that your body is ridding itself of toxins, so your teeth will be stronger, and your breath will be more pleasant.
